Wales international midfielder Charlie Estcourt has joined English third-tier side Fulham ahead of the 2026-27 season.

The experienced midfielder arrives from Portsmouth, where she made eight appearances in the Women’s Super League 2 during the 2025/26 season.

Estcourt joined Portsmouth – then in Women’s Super League 2 – in February after agreeing to terminate her contract with DC Power FC.

The 28-year-old has earned more than 50 senior caps for Wales including being selected as part of the national team’s squad for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025.

Her career has included spells across the top two tiers of English women’s football, representing Birmingham City, Coventry United, London Bees and Reading, while also gaining valuable experience on loan with Bristol City and Charlton Athletic. In 2024, she moved to the United States to join DC Power.

“It’s great to finally be here and for everything to be official,” Estcourt said.

“I knew a few of the girls from playing at Reading previously when we were younger, so it was nice to chat to them and get a feel of the place before I got here.

“It was all really positive, and there are really exciting things coming out of the club, so yeah, I’m excited to be here.

“I’ve had a lot of experiences now in my career, and I’m really hoping to bring as much of that here as I can and help everyone around me, and learn from the people around me as well, and just keep growing and help the club to grow.”

“She brings a wealth of experience from the professional game and international football, but just as importantly she has the character, professionalism and winning mentality that align perfectly with what we’re building.

“Charlie will add real quality to our midfield, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have both on and off the pitch this season.”
